It was pouring cats and dogs when I left the office at around 8pm. What shocked me was the scene of a collapsed pipe upon a vehicle, whereby water gushed down to its roof, when I entered the basement carpark at my place. I guess no one was hurt and the affected cars were not observed with any damage. The only question left was why the pipes were so fragile?
